Individual I spoke with over the phone could not assure tires would be received until truck arrived after 9 AM in the morning. Customers should be assured of tire arrival by a particular and specified time and day. Tires were received and mounted on my car.

Scheduled oil change. Technician suggested tire rotation at same time and advised need for 2 new tires. Service center will provide free tire rotation if tires purchased through them.

After numerous trips to my local dealership for an issue with my vehicle, I made the trip to Greenville CDJR. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue. I was given a free rental car to drive for the days my vehicle was in their shop. Excellent customer service and quality service work on my vehicle!

I can't complain about the service department. They do a great job of servicing my truck. I wish their parts department was better though. It takes them forever to get parts in. When they do get parts in they dont call and let you know. 3 months for a sensor is ridiculous.

This is definitely where you need to go for cdjr service! They did in 3 days what enterprise cdjr could not do in two months! They set up my appointment in a timely manner, always called back when they said they would, had a tech available to check my vehicle, and helped accommodate me as I needed. The best customer service that I have found when it comes to service departments. I will happily drive over an hour to come here for any other servicing that I need in the future and strongly recommend anyone else to do so as well

Took my 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan GT on October 9th 2025 due to an oil/fluid leak. Advised it was a transmission leak and would cost $618 and some change to repair and I authorized them to repair. Checked this afternoon and it’s still leaking.
I am a double amputee Army Veteran and this work was work done to my handicap van (my only means of transportation). I was there for the repair from 8:45 AM until after 2:00 PM.
Yet here I am still with the same problem I paid them to repair hundreds of dollars.

On the road from New Orleans to North Carolina on a Friday midday in a convoy towing show vehicles. Had a problem with DEF system on Dodge Ram. Dropped the trailer & immediately pulled it into the shop. From the time we pulled in to the time we left was 90 minutes max. Best dealership service we’ve ever received!!
